A sweet glaze to top coffee cakes, and quick and yeast sweet breads.

Sweet Glaze for Coffee Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter, softened
• 1 1/2 tablespoon milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Procedure

1. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Add in more milk if desired. Use to glaze quick and yeast coffee cakes.
