Banana Ice

ripe bananas, peeled and mashed |

c cream |

14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk |

Mix bananas
and milk together in large bowl. Whisk in cream. Pour into 8"
square glass baking dish. Cover and freeze until softly set, about
2 hours. Transfer to a mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer
until just fluffy. Return to same glass dish, cover and freeze until
firm.

Vanilla Ice
Cream

c cold water |

c cream |

T vanilla |
Mix all ingredients
together and freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's
suggestions. Transfer to airtight container and freeze until firm.
